Description
This is a closer from a textural impasto palette knife oil painting, a custom commissioned work for a collector from U.S - a recreation of one of my Provence landscapes from 2011.
In this painting it's all about fond and soulful memories of my first travel in Provence in 1990 when I was in France with my grandparents. Endless yellow and blueish purple fields of sunflowers and lavender and expressive guardians the Cypress trees.
