Hammamet (Arabic: الحمامات El-Ḥammāmāt) is a town in Tunisia. It is located in the south east of the northern peninsula of Cap Bon in the Governorate of Nabeul, on the northern edge of the Gulf of Hammamet.
I traveled in Tunisia in the summer of 2006 and I was fascinated by the charm of Hammamet medina with it's superb narrow streets, the blue doors and windows and brightly white houses..... Oh, and the smell of jasmine.....
